About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team at Randstad Health & Social Care. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in aged care facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful environment that promotes the dignity and well-being of clients
Requirements
  • Certificate 3 in Aged Care Work, Community Care Services, Individual Support, or another recognised aged care qualification
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the aged care sector
  • Australian work rights
  • National Police Clearance and current Statutory Declaration (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS highly regarded
  • Current Flu vaccination and three Covid-19 vaccinations
  • Willingness to travel to different locations
