The OpportunityWe are seeking a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel, leading a team of part-time direct reports, and contributing to the continued development of our market-leading brands.
Key Accountabilities- Lead and mentor a team of 3 part-time direct reports
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
- Contribute effectively as a member of the NSW field team
- Effective management of your merchandiser budget
- Liaising with key decision makers in store
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong drive for results, superior customer focus, and the ability to lead others through inspiration and motivation. FMCG experience is preferred but not essential.
