Marketing Data Analyst Opportunity

As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will play a vital role in providing analytical and reporting support to help drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for the marketing team
- Creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings
- Analyzing current market trends, supply and demand, financial performance analysis, forward curve analysis, and data construction
- Gathering market information from internal and external sources
- Coordinating overseas marketing trips, customer meetings, lunches, dinners, and site visits

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis to join our team. You will work closely with the marketing team to provide insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for the marketing team
  • Creating engaging PowerPoint presentations for customer meetings
  • Analyzing current market trends, supply and demand, financial performance analysis, forward curve analysis, and data construction
  • Gathering market information from internal and external sources
  • Coordinating overseas marketing trips, customer meetings, lunches, dinners, and site visits

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and experience in areas such as accountancy, company administration, or logistics
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent report compilation and graphical charting abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in numerical and spreadsheet (and/or Python) literacy
  • Proven data analysis capabilities, including finding and structuring data, selecting analytical tools, and making recommendations based on analysis
  • Excellent communication skills with a variety of people from different cultures and seniorities
  • Internal and external stakeholder management skills, with a results-focused approach
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite
