About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our Munno Para store. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our retail and trade customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience
  • Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
  • Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
