About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the Show Experience Lead in Perth. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and production of events in your city, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our audience, artists, hosts, crew, and AV team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a local leader to ensure the highest-quality experience and safety at every Sofar show, serving as a liaison between Sofar and the local community.
  • Manage day-of event supplies and local gear inventory, conducting venue visits to ensure a smooth and successful event.
  • Develop and host local events, consistently bringing the team and community together, and scout, refer, and recommend artists, venues, crew, and community partners that align with Sofar's commitment to diversity, inclusion, and representation.
  • Work closely with the regional and local teams to support growth and innovation, representing Sofar for local media opportunities and advising on ways to improve local operations.

  • People management experience and ability to work autonomously while remaining connected to the team.
  • Sincere and empathetic approach to work and communications, with a passion for building and supporting local community.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well with deadlines and problem-solving.
