Client Relationship Specialist

The Client Relationship Specialist is a key role in our organization, responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and contributing to their long-term success. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled professional with experience in client relationships, account management, and risk analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as an additional formal point of contact for clients, overseeing journey from client request to settlement, and initiating associated branch prudential management tasks.
Main Responsibilities- Actively support Account Manager(s) in responding quickly and efficiently to client requirements.
- Promote a culture of collaboration by engaging in effective communication with Account Managers and Credit Analysts in deal planning.
- Engage in the preparation of all loan applications and interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks.
- Utilize workflow tools and processes to provide stakeholders with clear oversight on workload and capacity.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Credit Analysts on client reviews in line with Bank policy and procedure.
- Monitor loan arrears and accounts in excess, liaising with MAC Manager(s) and taking appropriate action.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar role or within banking, finance, or agriculture.
- Experience working within a customer service environment.
- A strong understanding of client structures.
- The ability to interpret and execute branch prudential management tasks and other associated operational tasks.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
