Job Opportunity: Operations Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support and scale our systems and workflows, ensuring seamless operations and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimize automated processes, applying financial or investment expertise to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement solutions to reduce manual effort and improve process reliability.
  • Design and develop tools to support future product offerings.
  • Evaluate and maintain technical documentation for operations tools.
  • Analyze operational issues with engineering solutions, leveraging industry knowledge.
  • Integrate APIs from data providers, custodians, fund administrators, and other services.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure new tools meet quality, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in software engineering, process improvement, and data-driven solutions is essential.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field is required.
  • 2 years of experience in process Improvement engineering role or similar is desired.
  • Proficiency in Python & SQL with understanding of data-driven solutions is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in finding answers are highly valued.
  • Experience working in the financial services would be beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating time management and stakeholder expectations.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-technical stakeholders and supporting production workflows.
