The Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of cleaning staff
  • Support the Cleaning Manager on staff-related matters
  • Provide effective leadership and training to cleaning personnel
  • Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as incident reporting and roster management
  • Meet and exceed contract cleaning requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in retail/commercial cleaning
  • Previous experience in supervisory or leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Ability to give direction and instruction to team members
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Valid work rights in Australia
