About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate doctor who is passionate about creating memorable customer experiences. As a Health Assessment Specialist, you will conduct visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines, provide objective assessment outcomes through an online platform, and deliver an exceptional level of people-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct visa medical assessments in accordance with established guidelines
- Provide objective assessment outcomes through an online platform
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a quality experience for our customers
- Degree qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA
- At least three years postgraduate experience
- Strong customer service focus and experience working with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent work-life balance and no late-night shifts
- Great location with easy access to restaurants, gyms, public transport, and secure parking
- No Medicare Provider Number required
