Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team in delivering high-quality training programs.


About the Role

This role involves planning, delivering, assessing, and evaluating training programs from certificate through to diploma and associate degree level. You will bring industry best practice into the classroom, using innovative teaching approaches and the latest learning technologies to engage students and prepare them for real-world success.


  • Develop and implement effective training strategies to meet the needs of diverse students and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and frameworks while fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions.
  • Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.

Your Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in the vocational education and training sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
