About This Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the daily operations of our store. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience and maintaining high visual and operational standards.

As part of our management team, you will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, organizational skills, and confidence in guiding and developing your team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leadership, have excellent communication skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve company goals
  • Drive sales and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department
  • Maintain knowledge of products and promotions
  • Support processing deliveries and stock replenishment
  • Conduct store briefings and updates
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work 38 hours per week with a set roster including weekdays and weekends
