Pyramid Global Technologies is seeking a skilled Test Lead to join our team. As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the test lifecycle for new system implementations, coaching and mentoring teams in system and business verification testing, and developing test strategies and test plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the test lifecycle for new system implementations
  • Coach and mentor teams in system and business verification testing
  • Develop test strategies and test plans
  • Develop test scripts and verification templates
  • Work closely with project team members, business stakeholders, and technical teams
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in leading/managing the test lifecycle specific to new system implementation
  • Experience coaching and mentoring teams in system and business verification testing
  • Experience in developing test strategies, test plans, and test completion reports
  • Hands-on experience leading UAT business verification testing and obtaining sign-off for test artefacts
  • Able to develop test scripts and verification templates
  • Experience using online testing tools and familiar with the process
  • A thorough understanding of the project lifecycle, risks identification, and controls
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver work within time constraints through planning and prioritization
Desirable Skills
  • NDIS exposure
  • Test/Quality certifications (i.e. ISTQB – Advanced level or similar)
  • Experience using JIRA and online testing tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (desirable)
  • Own transport and driver's license to travel between offices
