Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Support and Operations Specialist to join our Home and Community Care team in Parramatta. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level support and take on varied responsibilities, including assisting with payroll, finance, suppliers, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with payroll, finance, suppliers, and systems
  • Provide high-level support to the team
  • Complete administrative tasks, audits, and reviews of large databases
  • Partner with the sales team to support their efforts
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar support role
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Excel and SharePoint
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with changing priorities
  • Understanding of finance systems and processes
  • High attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
