Supporting Positive Behaviour in Allied Health

We are seeking a Behavioural Support Specialist to join our team. As a national NDIS provider, we deliver Allied Health support in Australia.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering evidence-based support plans within complex support spaces. They will work closely with participants and their families/carers to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
The role involves evaluating, developing and delivering support plans that reflect participants' goals, passions and strengths. The Behavioural Support Specialist will also build knowledge, capacity and strengths of those supporting participants.
Key qualifications and skills include a current suitability at the Core level as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. A completed degree-level qualification as an allied health professional is also required.
In addition, the successful applicant should have report writing experience and excellent time management and organisational skills. A proactive attitude and genuine passion for working in the disability sector are essential.
