We are seeking a Risk Assessment Analyst to become a part of our team. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities across various commercial insurance sectors, aimed at supporting both pricing strategies and portfolio oversight. The successful applicant will engage with both property and non-property insurance lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyzing and modeling risk data utilizing both third-party and proprietary catastrophe modeling tools Collaborating closely with underwriters to interpret catastrophe model analyses for global risk selection Assisting in the enhancement of our risk management methodologies for non-modelled risks and regions Supporting the data aggregation process and related reporting obligations for the Commercial division, including compliance monitoring against established limits Aiding in the data collection and oversight of exposures for non-property business linesDesired Skills and Experience:
Comprehensive understanding of essential mathematical and statistical concepts, with the ability to convey these to a non-technical audience Exceptional attention to detail and a curious, analytical approach to problem-solving Proficient written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and research capabilities, along with effective problem-solving skills Experience in handling large datasets is advantageousBenefits of Joining Us:
