Rural Property Valuer

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) to join our team in Dubbo and Bathurst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing valuations throughout the Central West and Central Table Land regions.

• Conduct valuations in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize our software to deliver high-quality reports and services.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the development of our services.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives.

• CPV accreditation.
• Current API Membership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in the valuation industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the property industry.
