Network Architectural Expert

Job Overview:

  • Design, implement, and optimize comprehensive voice and multimedia services based on IMS architecture.
  • Lead complex migrations of core networks and oversee cloud-native deployments.
  • Develop and maintain key IMS core network components with a focus on Ericsson infrastructure.
  • Rapidly adapt to Nokia IMS platforms and lead the planning and execution of large-scale live core network transformations.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot 4G/5G voice services, including VoLTE, VoNR, VoWiFi, and RCS.
  • Implement and secure IP networks using BGP, OSPF, QoS, VPNs, and SBCs.
  • Deploy and manage virtual network functions (VNFs) and containerized network functions (CNFs) on cloud platforms, including OpenStack, Kubernetes, and VMware.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IMS core network engineering within a telecommunications company or equipment vendor.
  • Strong understanding of 3GPP IMS standards and protocols.
  • Proven experience with Ericsson IMS products and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with VoLTE, VoNR/5G Voice, VoWiFi, and IMS-based multimedia applications.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
