Job Overview

The key responsibilities of this role include assisting with CRM updates, reporting packs, and coordinating the sales team.

  • Sales Operations Support: Assist with CRM updates, reporting packs, and coordinating the sales team.
  • Partner Support: Schedule meetings, track action items, update partner content, maintain records, support licensing and product sales administration.
  • Proposal Enablement: Coordinate bid meetings, support proposal development, and maintain the bid content library.
  • Campaign & Event Support: Coordinate campaign execution details (email lists, landing pages, briefing sessions) and track sales follow-up activity.
  • Growth Asset Management: Keep case studies, partner decks, intro slides, and other growth-related content current and accessible.
  • Administration: Provide general support to the Growth Operations Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • A strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Proven experience in coordination or administration roles, ideally within IT or Sales environments.
