Windscreen Fitter Apprenticeship Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and mechanically-minded individual to join our Cranbourne Service Centre as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter.

This apprenticeship offers a unique chance to begin your career within the Auto Glass industry through on-the-job training and mentorship from a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing the Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our skills development program
  • Learning how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Undertaking glass chip repairs
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and experiences
  • Working in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
  • Australian automotive industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential
  • Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to deal effectively with customers face-to-face and sell products
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Must be able to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles
  • Reliable, positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning the trade
  • High level of self-awareness and desire for ongoing personal development
