About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead who will spearhead our software engineering initiatives, driving the design and delivery of complex solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a skilled team of engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Delivery: Design and implement high-quality solutions that meet project requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks while addressing project issues.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide engineers, creating a collaborative environment that fosters productivity and quality.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices in software development and contribute to a culture of innovation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in software engineering and delivery.
  • Expertise in Data Engineering, Cloud Computing, Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration (CD/CI), and modern technology frameworks such as AWS, Azure, and Ignition.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and a solid understanding of Test-Driven Development.
  • Experience with full-stack development and database modeling (SQL and NoSQL).
