Mental Health Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Client-Centred Casework: Work collaboratively with specialists and support workers to deliver tailored casework solutions.
- Recovery Planning: Develop and manage recovery plans with input from healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders.
- Network Building: Establish strong networks to ensure comprehensive support and program success.
- Legislative Compliance: Ensure adherence to mental health legislation and safeguarding standards.
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as mental health, social work, nursing, or psychology is required.
- Prior experience working with patients exhibiting severe and complex mental health conditions is essential.
- Strong crisis management, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills are necessary.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including child protection and domestic violence laws, is expected.
