Business Operations Coordinator

Welcome to adidas, where passion meets performance. We're seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support our General Manager Pacific in driving business growth and success.
This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, confidentiality, and attention to detail. You will work closely with the GM office team, senior leadership members, and external partners to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the GM's agenda, prioritizing tasks to drive business growth.
- Respond to external/internal inquiries, maintaining confidentiality.
- Support administrative tasks, such as preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Coordinate events, agencies, and travel management for the GM.
- Represent adidas globally, working with stakeholders to achieve common goals.
- Oversee office workflow, ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide support on administration, including presentations, filing, and storage.
- Participate in crisis management teams when required.
Requirements:
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- High-level Business English proficiency.
- 10+ years of experience in EA roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility with working hours and ability to meet deadlines.
