National Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive national sales and business development efforts in our Remote Workforce Division. This exciting opportunity involves identifying and securing new opportunities in camp accommodation and workforce housing across various industries, including mining, oil & gas, government, and infrastructure.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in modular accommodation, workforce housing, or a related industry, along with proven experience in lead generation, tendering, and client relationship management. You will work independently on identifying new business opportunities, supported by your operations team to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
Main Objectives:
- Drive lead generation and business development initiatives to secure new workforce housing opportunities across Australia.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and hire targets.
- Pursue and close sales and hire leads in mining, oil & gas, infrastructure, and government sectors.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry stakeholders, and government bodies.
- Conduct market analysis to evaluate tender opportunities and maintain competitive positioning.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and pipeline growth against established KPIs.
