We are seeking an experienced and skilled culinary professional to join our team at Ramsay Clinic Caloundra. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of high-quality food for patients, staff, and functions.
About the Role
As a key member of our catering team, you will be required to prepare and cook meals in accordance with patient dietary requirements and ensure a clean environment is maintained.
Your Key Duties Will Include:
- Cold Larder Preparation and handling of food
- Preparation & Cooking of meals
- Understanding of patient dietary requirements
- Daily completion of food and safety log sheets and compliance with food safety & HACCP
You will also be responsible for ordering food & supplies and maintaining stock rotation.
Skill and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Certificate in Commercial Cooking and minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef. You must also have the ability to cater to a wide variety of sensitive dietary requirements.
Benefits
Our clinic offers competitive remuneration packages based on relevant experience and qualifications, including a base hourly rate ranging from $32.22 - $33.80 + superannuation.
