The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Financial Strategy to join our leadership team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for leading our financial strategy, ensuring our continuous improvement agenda is met through effective business systems and governance structures.

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, compliance requirements, and controls.">
  • Collaborate with the CEO on strategic business growth initiatives.">
  • Manage and develop high-quality accounting services, including P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.">
  • Work closely with the operations team to address manufacturing variances and improve performance.">
  • Provide financial insights for special projects and strategic initiatives, including market expansion and capital upgrades.">
  • Lead strategic IT projects and oversee the organisation's technology function.">
  • Partner with leaders across operations, quality, product development, and sales.">
  • Represent the managing director at industry events and strategic meetings as required.">

  • A tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, law, commerce, business, or a related discipline is essential; post-graduate studies are desirable.">
