Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to work in a challenging and rewarding role within General Medicine.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the greater health care team to achieve quality patient care outcomes.
  • Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to promote evidence-based patient-centered care, health promotion and early intervention.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Current experience in an acute hospital environment.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
