Reporting directly to the Head Senior Conveyancing Lawyer, you will have full ownership of your own practice, managing a diverse portfolio of projects from pre-contract review to post-settlement using PEXA. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Running complex property projects (approximately 95% off-the-plan residential developments and 5% existing residential property) ensuring seamless conveyance;
  • Preparing comprehensive sale contracts;
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, banks, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to prepare essential correspondence and legal documents.

To succeed in this exciting role, you should possess:

  • At least 4 years of experience in conveyancing, with a focus on off-the-plan residential property projects;
  • The ability to autonomously manage files from pre-exchange to post-settlement;
  • Excellent written drafting and time prioritization skills;
