About the Role

We are currently looking for Casual Retail Associates to join our Hobart team. No optical experience is required – we provide world-class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and greeting customers and providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Processing specialised orders for our customers
  • Driving sales through providing customers with informative knowledge on our luxury and cutting-edge products
  • Contributing to a positive and fun team culture
About You

We are looking for individuals with previous retail, sales or customer service experience. You should have excellent communication and people skills, be motivated with a drive to achieve targets, and thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
