Job Description

As a Pre-Delivery Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the correct preparation of vehicles and providing exceptional customer service to dealership staff. You will be responsible for fitting accessories as requested on the job card, ordering parts needed for vehicle preparation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge.

Additionally, you will manage your workspace, test driving and conducting final assessments before delivering vehicles to customers. Your strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team will enable you to provide a high level of customer service and support the success of our business.

Requirements
  • Pre-delivery experience (advantage but not essential)
  • Trade qualification (advantage but not essential)
  • Must have truck workshop experience
  • A current unrestricted HR driver's license
  • Ability to work to targets and standards
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a hands-on role that required physical labor
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
