We're seeking a highly skilled Logistics Associate to join our warehouse team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient packing, accurate picking, unloading and loading of containers, maintaining a clean warehouse environment, and performing cycle counts and stock takes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately interpret sales orders and warehouse documentation
  • Maintain accurate stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Meet deadlines while working autonomously and overtime when required
  • Perform manual tasks including heavy lifting using supplied equipment
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external clients
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety policies

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role within a warehouse environment
  • School Certificate or higher preferred
  • Current Driver's license and Forklift license required
