We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Analyst to join our product development team on a major transformation project.

About the Role

This is a high-impact role where your domain knowledge will make a real difference. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective operational strategies.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Your primary responsibilities will include eliciting and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, researching business problems, and documenting functional needs as user stories.

You will also map customer journeys and create supporting artefacts like mock-ups and process flows, communicate technical constraints and non-functional requirements clearly, and facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iteration planning for smooth delivery.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need strong experience with Payroll and HCM solutions, a proven track record as a Business Analyst in product development teams, and skilled in user story writing and Agile documentation.
