Job Title: Principal Water Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Principal Water Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our water business, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage large-scale water engineering projects, including conception, planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve project delivery efficiency, quality, and safety.
* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
* Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.

Requirements:

* Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent qualification in civil engineering or a related field.
* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
* Proven experience in water engineering, preferably in a consulting or contracting environment.
* Strong understanding of Australian Standards, Codes, and Regulations.
* Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
