Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our change management team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organisation by developing and implementing effective change strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Review, refine, and execute innovative change management and communication strategies to support complex, multi-project initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to change success.
  • Develop and deliver tailored communication materials, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with program objectives.
  • Cultivate coaching skills to develop team capabilities and support successful adoption of change across diverse organisational groups.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Extensive experience in change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful change programs in complex environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and tailored messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to navigate complex, multi-project initiatives while aligning change efforts with organisational goals.
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks and challenges, with the ability to develop effective interventions to mitigate change impacts.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels to drive collaboration and ensure program success.
