Marketplace

Marketplace is fundamentally responsible for leading, managing, and inspiring the investment team to deliver Purple standard implementation and trading practices.

This role will be working on with Ford. On the WPP Ford team, you will get to work in an integrated team environment and be responsible for building collaborative media partnerships and creative work with the VML creative team.

Being able to collaborate with the account service and creative teams enables the Ford team to bring original thinking to life through the media strategy, planning, and implementation process. You will be the owner of day-to-day media implementation while collaborating with media partners and supporting our client's requests and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  1. Living and breathing the Mindshare values every day while possessing a proactive mentality and approach to workloads.
  2. Possessing a strong commitment to creating a positive, motivating, and inspiring team culture with the ability to contribute POV's and follow leadership directives.
  3. Works collaboratively with client teams across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process ensuring they deliver work in a timely manner.
  4. Communicates confidently and effectively on all matters with clear articulation holding both excellent written and spoken capabilities when communicating internally and externally.
  5. Conducting own personal brand within the Mindshare Professional Etiquette guidelines.
  6. Delivering a gold standard implementation of media planning and buying.
  7. Building an effective knowledge and use proprietary and industry tools & systems to deliver market-leading campaign implementation.
  8. Demonstrating knowledge, understanding, and application of the Mindshare Process and the roles and responsibilities at each stage.
  9. Obtaining necessary certifications for required platforms.
  10. Provides accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.
  11. Demonstrating a strong understanding of your client and their category while responding to all requests in a timely manner, consistently managing expectations.
  12. Developing trusted relationships with media owners to build knowledge of product suite and formulate opinions on the media landscape.
  13. Developing strong internal partnership relations and builds knowledge of product offering.
  14. Ensuring financial procedural adherence is met across all touchpoints including pro-formas, MBA's, bookings, and loadings with an aim for zero account queries.
  15. Follows GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes with 100% adherence.
  16. Ensures timesheets are completed regularly with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.
