You will need to have a good understanding of wine and beer and be proficient in the world of spirits. You will also need to have a thirst for knowledge and love to learn about new and emerging trends and categories.

Main Responsibilities

  • Actively engage customers in an authentic way in store, sharing product knowledge and providing end-to-end service.
  • Work collaboratively with the store leadership team in setting up and facilitating customer events.
  • Instil your love and passion for spirits into every interaction and use this to develop team member product knowledge.
  • Undertake a variety of in-store tasks, including customer service and inventory tasks as well as duty management.
  • Contribute to store sales planning processes by sharing your specialist product knowledge and recommendations on product lines.
