Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team in Hervey Bay, Queensland. As a Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, working closely with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique needs and goals
- Provide nursing care and support services, including wound care, catheter care, and peg feeding
- Collaborate with our care team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in community nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in clinical software
