Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to take on a senior role in our Corporate Finance Team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to utilize strong systems knowledge, drive process improvements and lead financial processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume invoice processing, maintaining robust internal controls, driving efficiency and supporting the Financial Controller with reporting and month-end close.

This leadership role also involves mentoring one direct report and contributing to process improvement initiatives across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead invoice processing and payment execution
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
  • Manage aged creditors, account reconciliations and monthly reporting
  • Work closely with the Financial Controller and Accountant to complete month-end and year end close activities
  • Conduct regular debtor follow-ups with centres to ensure timely payments
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose solutions and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Provide coaching, guidance and mentorship to the Accounts Officer
Skills and Experience Required
  • 5+ years in finance, including senior-level experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial systems and processes
  • Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Experience in a multi-entity or high-volume environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills
