We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our Brisbane manufacturing team as we expand our factory size, head count, add new equipment and processes, and grow production volumes.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and develop a team of 50-140 people to support the growth of the factory.
- Implement a LEAN manufacturing philosophy to simplify and eliminate waste in all processes.
- Grow production volume from $50m to $150m within the next 3 years.
- Develop team leaders and managers to ensure control and enable LEAN practices.
- Support the relocation to a larger Brisbane facility (4000m2 to 8000m2 shop floor).
- Install and commission new manufacturing processes.
- Improve quality and safety systems.
- Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong career progression in manufacturing.
- Experience leading through significant change.
- Strong LEAN experience.
