About the Role:

As a Community Engagement Coordinator at Bunnings, you will play a vital part in fostering meaningful relationships with local community groups. This role involves driving initiatives that enhance the shopping experience for our customers and build strong connections within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote store activities and events
  • Collaborate with local schools and community groups to deliver workshops and projects
  • Manage donations and fundraising activities to support local causes
  • Maintain existing and establish new relationships with community groups as the primary point of contact
  • Promote and communicate store events and activities through internal and external channels

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for community development and involvement
  • The ability to influence and motivate colleagues
  • Confidence in growing and maintaining relationships
  • Creativity in designing and delivering engaging workshops and activities
  • Organisational skills to plan and manage events effectively
