MECCA Brands Pty Ltd is an Australian retailer of beauty and wellness products, with a strong presence in the market.

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.

The Role You Could Play

You will play a key role in bringing the MECCA magic to life through our digital channels with experiences that delight and inspire action. As a SFMC Developer, you will be part of a team responsible for accelerating growth, continuing to extend and deepen our capability on the SFMC platform.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
  • Solution design, document and deliver SFMC solutions
  • Implementing SFMC solutions using SQL, Ampscript, HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Supporting automation teams in troubleshooting SFMC configuration, email content, automation or journey issues
  • Supporting and extending the Interaction Studio platform implementation, including site map, campaign templates and recipes
  • Working with architecture and integration teams to develop best practice solutions within SFMC
  • Supporting Application Services teams, where required, to troubleshoot issues
  • Working collaboratively with marketing automation specialists and data analysts to ensure ongoing quality and health of the SFMC platform, including the Marketing Cloud Connector with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Supporting testing of changes in both SFMC and Interaction Studio

What You Will Bring

Your expertise with the SFMC platform will enable you to undertake complex tasks, such as SQL, Ampscript, Javascript, HTML and CSS development. You will be the SFMC subject matter expert, working with a range of stakeholders to implement journeys integrated with the wider MECCA ecosystem.

In addition to your technical capabilities, you will have strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate technical concepts effectively and clearly to business counterparts.

You will also be able to demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Information Technology
  • 3+ Years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • 3+ years development experience with AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery
  • 3+ years API's system integrations with REST or SOAP API's
  • Strong data communication skills (both written & verbal) and ability to manage and present to multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to innovate in finding solutions
  • Experience in agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with cloud pages, code resource pages and data capture forms
  • Understanding of database languages and manipulation with T-SQL/ PL-SQL
