Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies within our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Work closely with our planning department to coordinate the mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment and tools.
  • Provide transport services for our FIFO employees.
  • Process and manage work orders effectively.
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all maintenance on equipment is up to date.
  • Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate records and logs.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Requirements:

  • A current Australian driver's license.
  • A forklift ticket or willingness to obtain one.
  • A solid understanding of how a workshop depot functions.
  • Experience in using inventory systems.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume work environment.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Australian work rights.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screens.
  • Residency in Karratha.
