About the Role:

As a collaborative member of a team of educational professionals, you will assist with the daily operation of the service and provide engaging programs for our primary-age children. Your key responsibilities will include leading interactive, child-centered programs filled with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts - whatever sparks the children's curiosity.

Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the broader community is essential. Collaborating with a skilled team of educational professionals on-site is also crucial.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking individuals who possess a genuine love for working with children, strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and a team player with aspirations to take on leadership opportunities. Additionally, applicants must hold or be willing to obtain a national police check and a state working-with-children check. Valid Australian work rights are also required.

A relevant Diploma-level qualification in children's services, or being in the process of completing one (per ACECQA guidelines), is necessary.
