We're seeking a Casual Sales Assistant to join our passionate team at Wynard Place. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to provide world-class customer service experience.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and positive.
  • Become a tea and brewing expert, expanding your knowledge of our premium products.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensure your own health and safety, as well as that of others, by following T2 Tea's safety policies and procedures.

About You

  • You prioritize customer satisfaction above all else.
  • You're comfortable working in a dynamic, busy environment.
  • You're self-motivated and eager to learn and grow with our brand.
  • You possess strong communication skills, able to effectively interact with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Prior customer service or retail experience is highly valued but not essential.
