Accounts Receivable Officer

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team at Findmea, a leading recruitment agency in Queensland. As a key member of our accounts team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing account applications, and ensuring timely debt collection.

About the Role:

  • Process and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely payments
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure seamless financial operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to inform business decisions

About You:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
