Early Childhood Educator Trainee

You have the opportunity to kickstart your career in early childhood education as a trainee with our organization.

This 12-month program is designed for individuals who are passionate about working with children and families, and want to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

As a trainee, you will work alongside experienced educators, participating in on-the-job training and formal education. You will learn how to create engaging learning environments, plan activities, and support children's physical, emotional, and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in on-the-job training and formal education to develop skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in a long-term career in early childhood education
  • An Australian citizen or permanent resident
  • Willingness to commit to a 12-month traineeship program
  • No previous formal qualifications (in any field)
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check or state equivalent
