The role of Client Manager at dentsu is a key position within our team, responsible for delivering innovative solutions to client briefs and supporting the Trading Directors in managing day-to-day relationships with media partners. This role involves project managing clients' communications plans, reviewing plans to drive greater margin and value, and effectively leading and motivating internal teams to produce best-in-class work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports Client Director to deliver innovative and creative solutions to client briefs
  • Works collaboratively across Dentsu and across network as needed – uses good knowledge of products and services to drive business value for clients and Dentsu
  • Project manages clients' communications plans including timelines and budget
  • Reviews plans to drive greater margin and value through innovation and better and different ways of working
  • Effectively leads and motivates internal team to produce best in class work
  • Provides accurate plan details and updates to clients
