Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Trademark Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will involve undertaking a range of work that supports national and international clients, including trademark filing and prosecution, portfolio management, rebranding and clearance advice, drafting and negotiating consents and co-existence agreements, advising on intellectual property aspects of due diligence, and providing support on trademark and domain name disputes.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will be an admitted lawyer in Australia or New Zealand, with 3+ years of demonstrable experience across trademark prosecutions from a leading national or international private practice, or an in-house environment. You will also have an excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset, a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team.
