Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and HVAC Technician to join our team. This role involves completing preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple locations.

You will maintain high standards, provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

This position requires the ability to work autonomously to deliver timely outcomes, taking full responsibility for the delivery of repairs and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to reactive electrical and HVAC maintenance work in a timely manner
  • Anticipating and resolving issues without supervision, preventing critical breakdowns
  • Developing strong partnerships with stakeholders and communicating effectively
  • Participating in an on-call roster
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications as a refrigeration and air conditioning technician (essential)
  • A cabling licence, CPR/LVR and security provider licence (preferred)
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Previous commercial or retail experience, preferably with multi-site management
  • A working with children check
