Job Title

We are seeking a skilled lawyer with expertise in employment law and litigation, possessing strong drafting and advocacy skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advising and acting in State and Federal employment, discrimination, and industrial jurisdictions, as well as common law and restraint of trade matters.

Responsibilities include working with a diverse client base across various industries, conducting workplace investigations, advising on disciplinary and performance management matters, drafting contracts and workplace policies, and providing guidance on employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructures, and redundancies.

This role requires the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing expert advice and representation to clients. The successful candidate will be able to think critically and strategically, managing complex legal issues and developing effective solutions.
