Job Title: Education Professional

About the Job:

This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others through education.

As an Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment programs to diverse community groups. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and community partners to ensure that training is inclusive, impactful, and aligned with current industry standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health or clinical education and excellent communication skills. They will also be passionate about empowering others through education and committed to lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective teaching and learning within classroom, workplace, simulated and online learning environments
  • Utilise flexible, blended and inclusive learning techniques, options and products which are responsive to various cohorts
  • Contribute to developing, and evaluating teaching and learning resources, assessment tools and processes that meet industry skills standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality of training and assessment
  • Ensure that students adopt, and practise accepted safety procedures and sustainability in the learning and assessment environment
  • Contribute to the evaluation and review of educational programs
  • Representing the organisation at expos and events as required

Requirements:

  • A Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with a current APHRA registration
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE), highly desirable
  • Valid Working with Children Card (BlueCard)
  • Current Drivers Licence and a willingness to travel to other locations as required
  • Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed Highly desirable and required for our accredited programs
  • Strong background in health or clinical education
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for lifelong learning
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and experience working within an RTO environment
  • Detailed understanding of the relevant profession and accreditation requirements
